Important Notice for Living Plants
The buyer is required to pick up the parcel as soon as possible after receiving the delivery notification.
Flowers, bulbs, and roots are living, perishable goods. In accordance with the Law of Obligations Act (VÕS § 53 (4) 4) and EU Consumer Rights Directives, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. If products are damaged due to prolonged retention inside a parcel locker, the buyer forfeits the right to return or request compensation.
14-Day Return Policy Exceptions
The majority of items in our online shop are freshly dug up or imported strictly on custom order for a specific customer.
According to VÕS § 53 (4) 3, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are freshly dug up, produced, or imported according to the consumer's specific requirements or individual specifications. Therefore, custom-dug or custom-ordered items cannot be returned or canceled within 14 days after receipt.
